How Diamond Wire Sawing Works
Diamond wire sawing uses a continuous loop of diamond-embedded cable guided around the concrete section being cut. The wire travels through a powered pulley system, allowing controlled cuts through thick or heavily reinforced concrete with fewer depth limitations than conventional circular saw blades. The method can also be configured for unusually shaped structures and restricted-access conditions.
